Capable of throwing a larger volume of air further than a midwall split unit , an underceiling is very effective. If noise is a factor, this application is not recommended , particularly for a movie room or TV room. Should you have access to Three phase power, Underceiling units can go up to twice the capacity of your biggest midwall split unit !
